CSS splitter into graphical and technical css file

Sometimes website designers need to split CSS file into two separate files - in one placing the design technical conditions, which usually do not change, and in the second file graphic elements of page - such as colors and links to picture elements, which can vary from page to page. We have created an automated CSS file splitter and we offer you to use it - currently in beta version. Use it, but make sure that all CSS elements are properly displayed in new files.
